Japanese girls in Shiga prefecture have a reputation for having the shortest skirts..super short...mini...micro mini. And they love that reputation despite the problems it brings.

Mini and micro mini's are not new.
They were very popular when I was a school
boy in the 60's...and we would hang at the bottom of the stairs trying get a peek as the girls went up.
What is new is the technology to capture the momment and instantly share it with the world.
I do agree that sticking a device under a girls skirt to take photos is Sick as is grown men hanging around to get a peek.
My advice:
1. Girls : Don't forget your Panties !
2. Men : Just wait untill there posted on the internet !
